Provide accurate AA information to the public and media while protecting anonymity and avoiding promotion.

Treatment
Carry the AA message into treatment settings and help people connect with AA.

Corrections
Carry the AA message into correctional settings and support correspondence or prerelease connections where available.

Bridging the Gap
Serve as a temporary contact for someone leaving a facility and help them connect with local AA meetings and people.

GSR
Connect the home group with the general service structure and carry information both directions.

District committee service
Help with service work that supports multiple groups in the district.

Support local cooperative services such as meeting information, literature, phones, events, or office work where an intergroup exists.

Help maintain meeting data, websites, email, streaming, or technical systems with strong privacy and anonymity practices.

Keep minutes, motions, and action items clear so the group can remember what it decided.

Sponsorship and newcomer contact
Give your number, talk with newcomers, and share your experience of the Steps when asked.
